Bad luck in Daytona raises the stakes at Phoenix

After a dramatic finish at Daytona where Trevor Bayne became the youngest driver to win the Daytona 500, the NASCAR Sprint Cup series moves on to Phoenix for the Subway Fresh Fit 500.

Ryan Newman is the defending champion of the race, but with the new change to the Sprint Cup point system Newman, who is now 20th in the point standings, as well as many other drivers are left with huge points deficits to make up for after the finish at Daytona.
